This workout was hard and fast from the get go.

3x Bar Muscle Ups
If you were proficient at these movements it came down to a test of lunges and grip - who could hold on the longest. It was also a great chance for tones of newer athletes to get their very first Bar Muscle Up.
Our BMA Crew:
Ryan Woodall put on a solid effort in his redo of 16.3 to nab him 126 reps with talks of redoing to gain the extra 4 reps to take him to 130 it seems he settled for the already solid score.
Mell and Tash put up a great effort but with the light barbell and bar muscle ups caused both of the girls to slipped down the leader board. They both still are in contention of making the top 30 if the Barbells gods bring the heavy.
Quinn put in a solid 101 reps which over all saw her slip down the leader board but a few places leaving her just inside the top 40 and still nipping at the heals of that top 30!!

There were lots of changes this week with lots of WA athletes slip sliding & climbing all over the leader board & with just 2 more workouts to go we are getting behind everyone!!
